Job Description
As a Day Shift Administrator, you will provide administrative and planning support to ensure preventative and corrective maintenance activities are executed efficiently. You will be responsible for permit coordination, work order management, and reporting through the client’s systems, including MAXIMO.
This role requires strong time management skills, the ability to prioritise competing tasks, and the willingness to work standby weekends when required. You will form part of a maintenance team that values safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule monthly preventative maintenance activities
- Plan and coordinate corrective maintenance tasks
- Apply for, manage, and close work permits in line with site rules
- Ensure all permits are accurate, authorised, and surrendered on time
- Cancel unused or abandoned permits on relevant systems
- Capture, monitor, and close work orders on MAXIMO
- Compile data for daily and monthly maintenance reports
- Ensure work orders are completed within required timeframes
- Support internal and external audits when required
- Maintain communication between operations, management, and the client
- Monitor compliance with legal, safety, and site requirements
- Participate in permit meetings and maintenance planning initiatives
