The Project Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules covering piping, mechanical equipment installation, and structural steel erection. These schedules guide project delivery, support decision-making, and ensure that construction activities remain aligned with project milestones and contractual requirements.

This role requires strong collaboration with construction teams working in both live plant environments and new project developments, including greenfield and brownfield sites.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare detailed construction schedules for piping fabrication and installation
• Develop schedules covering mechanical equipment installation and structural steel erection
• Track construction progress against approved schedules
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Prepare short-term look-ahead schedules for site teams
• Compile progress reports and schedule performance analyses
• Coordinate with project managers and construction supervisors
• Ensure project schedules align with contract frameworks, including NEC contracts
• Maintain schedule integrity using recognised planning tools
• Support project teams in achieving safe and efficient project delivery
