  Prommac are able to safely execute the installation of Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, Motor Control Centers, Distribution Boards and UPS Systems as well as the installation of ESD, DCS, PLC Control Systems and Marshalling Equipment. • RPAS (Drone) Services

  Prommac is a licensed operator of remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS). We have qualified aviation safety and quality personnel as well as skilled pilots to deploy for multiple aerial solutions. RPAS services offered are inspection, monitoring, surveying and reports.

• Specialised Industrial Plant IOT (Digital Solutions)

  As 5G becomes a reality, Prommac through it’s in-house development team are working on a number of digital solutions to provide real time information and equipment functionality reporting. By connecting equipment to the internet, using Prommac developed devices and sensors, we will be able to assist in early diagnostics and ultimately improve plant efficiency and uptime.

• Digital And Industrial Training & Development

  Through our in house team of development experts Prommac can develop specific and bespoke training materials making use of Digital Twins. A Digital Twin is an exact, digital replica of equipment (not generic) modelled to extreme levels of accuracy. This training can be used in both desktop-based training simulations and Virtual Reality walkthroughs. This Digital Twin can be used to train large numbers of work crews on the equipment-specific SOP and detailed SOW activities as well as be used to plan and train specific maintenance and repair scenarios, for multiple pre-planned simulations.The Digital Twin can further be used to simulate various safety and equipment failures and train work crews on how to respond. Our Digital Industrial Training will improve your safety, save you money and ultimately increase your teams on-site job efficiency and accuracy.
